Yes. Homeowners can publish a project, receive proposals, compare them and use marketplace messaging without a platform fee.

How many proposals can one project receive?

Up to five. The sixth proposal is rejected and the company is not charged credits.

When is my contact information shared?

Your name, phone number and full address stay hidden while you compare. They open to the selected company after acceptance.

Does FlooringMatch perform or guarantee the work?

No. FlooringMatch helps both sides find, compare and communicate. The service contract and completed work remain between the homeowner and company.

How are flooring companies reviewed?

Applicants provide business, identity, insurance, service area and specialty information. The marketplace reviews the application before bidding access is approved.

What happens outside an active pilot ZIP?

The project cannot be published yet. You can join the waitlist while FlooringMatch prepares enough reviewed companies for that market.

How do companies pay to submit a proposal?

Approved companies use marketplace credits. The cost is based on project size, type, urgency and region, and is shown before credits are charged.
